You will join Autodoc Corporate IT Software Engineering Organization, dedicated to supporting the business with innovative technology-driven solutions and enhancing supply chain systems to become a market reference.

You will work with an experienced team responsible for the development, deployment, monitoring, and operation of warehouse services. You will build and enhance Autodoc’s microservices to increase business efficiency and reliability. Your role will involve creating, maintaining, and improving back-end systems, while monitoring and optimizing the performance of these services within the Warehouse environment.

As part of the development workflow, you will also leverage modern engineering practices and AI-powered development tools to support code generation, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency, helping the team accelerate delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of solutions in the current structure of the project
  
  

• Work on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new microservice architecture
  
  

• Design and implementation of microservices - PHP, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Node.js
  
  

• Test-driven development and Test Automation
  
  

• Service monitoring, alerting, and incident mitigation - New Relic, Grafana
  
  

• Code review with peers to find bugs, optimize logic, and detect bottlenecks
  
  

• Utilize AI-powered development tools to assist with code generation, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvement in the software development lifecycle
  
  
  
  

• 5+ years of work experience as a PHP Software Engineer
  
  

• Interest in learning new technologies
  
  

• Experience with MySQL, Postgres, and working with large data volumes
  
  

• Experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications - RabbitMQ
  
  

• Experience with microservices and cloud architectures - Google Cloud Platform, Docker
  
  

• Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications (REST, SOAP), quality assurance, and testing methods - SOLID, OOP
  
  

• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., coding assistants, AI-based debugging, or documentation tools) to improve development efficiency and code quality
  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems
  
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
  
  

• Prior knowledge of PHP 7+, Laravel, Symfony, and FuelPHP knowledge is a plus
  
  

• English level - at least intermediate (B1)
