Senior Software Developer (Java | Spring Boot | AWS) The ideal candidate is a high-performing Senior Java Backend Developer with 8+ years of experience , specializing in building secure, scalable, and reliable microservices using Java, Spring Boot , and AWS cloud . They have a proven track record of delivering high-volume transactional systems with strong focus on API design, cloud deployment, application security, and performance optimization . Technical Strengths Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, EC2, S3, and Glue Jobs. Skilled in building and securing REST APIs using OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and modern authentication/authorization techniques. Proficient in SQL, relational databases, and writing optimized queries. Strong experience with unit testing (JUnit), debugging, and writing clean, maintainable, standards-compliant code. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins, and automation scripts for deployments. Exposure to storage, caching, and streaming platforms in AWS. Familiar with static code quality and security tools like SonarQube, Veracode. Cloud & DevOps Maturity Experienced in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-native applications in AWS. Skilled in identifying and resolving production issues with a focus on high availability, resilience, and reliability. Ability to interpret and fix vulnerabilities from security scans. Professional Traits Works with high autonomy and ownership; strong accountability for deliverables. Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. Thrives in Agile environments, contributing actively to sprint goals. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
