Must-Have Skills

• 8–13 years in software engineering, with minimum 2+ years in architecture.
• Strong expertise in frontend (React, TypeScript, PWA, Service Workers) and backend (.NET, event-driven architectures).
• Hands-on with cloud-native systems: Azure, microservices, API gateways, CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), WPF, and MVVM.
• Experience in data architecture, integrations, and offline-first application design (local data, sync, conflict resolution).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HIPAA knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and review practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Compliance teams.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-region, multi-tenant architectures.
• Background in regulated industries (healthcare, medical devices).
• Strong expertise in sync, caching, and reconciliation for offline apps
