Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own SLO definitions, error budget tracking, and reliability reviews for pod services
• Lead incident response and conduct blameless postmortems for P1/P2 events
• Define and maintain runbooks, escalation paths, and on-call rotations
• Drive toil identification, automation initiatives, and elimination targets
• Collaborate with development teams on production readiness reviews
• Mentor SRE Engineers on best practices, tools, and incident handling
• Manage on-call scheduling and ensure sustainable on-call health

Experience

• 8–10 years in SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure engineering

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana, CI/CD
• Strong incident management and postmortem facilitation experience
• Experience with alert routing tools — PagerDuty, OpsGenie
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash
