Senior ServiceNow-Presales Consultant

Job Description

The Presales Consultant ? ServiceNow will design and present ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and related enterprise workflows. The role involves combining technical expertise with consultative engagement to craft tailored solutions, demonstrate value, and support business transformation. Key Responsibilities Design and architect customized ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom workflows. Collaborate with clients to analyze business challenges and recommend effective configurations. Lead Proof of Concepts (PoC) and demos showcasing ServiceNow automation, dashboards, and workflows. Develop technical proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, etc. Guide clients on governance, compliance, and ITIL-aligned frameworks. Partner with sales teams for RFPs, presentations, and client solutioning. Stay updated on ServiceNow product updates and best practices. Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB. ITIL Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL principles and workflow automation. Integration Skills: REST/SOAP APIs, third-party connectors. Scripting & Customization: JavaScript, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, UI Policies. Cloud & DevOps: Familiar with cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience: 6?8 years in ServiceNow presales/consulting/solution architecture.
