Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (SAM & HAM) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Noida, Jaipur, Pune & Bangalore (Hybrid) (Remote allowed only if candidate resides in any of the above locations) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-wide asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, CMDB integrations, and asset lifecycle automation. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with a primary focus on SAM Pro and HAM Pro. Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and third-party integrations. Implement automation for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes. Ensure accurate ingestion and maintenance of asset data from multiple sources including CMDB, SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and others. Maintain platform best practices to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability. Perform platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. Lead SAM implementation activities including license model setup, software counters, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance reporting. Manage full hardware asset lifecycle covering procurement, receiving, stockroom operations, assignments, tracking, and disposal. Ensure data integrity, governance adherence, and alignment with global asset management standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Skills Required 10+ years of ServiceNow platform development & administration experience. Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro implementations. Proven experience implementing software and hardware asset management best practices. Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations with asset data sources. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST / SOAP web service integrations. Experience configuring and troubleshooting MID Servers. Knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, software licensing models, counters, entitlements, and reconciliation logic. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SAM and/or HAM is highly desirable. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
