Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other business workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions while adhering to best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other platform functionalities. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and process owners to gather and analyze requirements. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms using APIs, web services, and other technologies. Perform advanced scripting of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, Client Scripts, and Glide Record Queries. Develop and manage ServiceNow system integrations using MID Servers, REST/SOAP, and other protocols. Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance by implementing robust access control lists (ACLs). Perform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of the platform. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to the development team on best practices and technical solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and other front-end technologies. Strong understanding of ServiceNow?s data model, table structure, and platform architecture. Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including code review, version control, and testing. Expertise in ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SCCM, Azure, and AWS). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile Studio. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Self-motivated and proactive in delivering high-quality results.
