The position supports all aspects of the compliance and audit function, including building automated approaches to efficiently test compliance to current controls. Communicates across departments to ensure operational performance and alignment of compliance expectations.
The Senior Security Analyst also plays a key role in Identity and Access Management (IAM), supporting secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.

The Senior Security Analyst also plays a key role in Identity and Access Management (IAM), supporting secure and compliant access across enterprise systems.
What You Will Do
- Develops procedures, processes, and workflows to meet compliance documentation standards
- Designs and builds test automation processes to improve and ensure compliance efficiencies
- Interprets legal compliance requirements to create and customize reports
- Provides reports and supporting documents to external audit team based on selections requested
- Partners with auditors and technical subject matter experts to coordinate interview and external audit requirements and reduce overlap in audit requests
- Identifies compliance risks and provides recommendations and methods to mitigate risks based on audit findings
- Ensures audit processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Secures, maintains, and protects confidential company information
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Perform administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, and access reviews) of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across all enterprise systems
- Design, implement, and manage security roles, profiles, and attributes
- Collaboration with technology and business partners across functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding and ongoing communication on Identity and Access Management controls, IT risk management and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Actively document and monitor identity controls and participate in periodic risk assessments/audits to identify compliance issues
- Partner with application developers and IT administrators to on-board new applications and systems into the Identity and Access Management platform
- Perform data analysis and make recommendations and assist in the implementation of changes to strengthen processes, procedures and compliance resulting in enhanced Identity and Access Management practices
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Typically 5+ years
- Experience with IAM systems and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid skills in critical thinking, analytics and compliance technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
