Core Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership Curriculum of Seniow Wing: Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor lesson planning, and ensure syllabus completion.
- Faculty Mentorship: Supervise, train, and support teachers in classroom management and innovative teaching strategies.
- Student Assessment Performance: Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement, coordinate examinations, and manage academic interventions.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage school events, schedules, parent communication, and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
- Pastoral Care: Promote student well-being, discipline, and a safe, inclusive environment.
- Education: Masters degree B.Ed.
- Experience: Min. 7 -8 years of teaching experienceas PGT preferably with previous leadership or coordination experience of 3-4 years in a secondary setting.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership capabilities, Tech savvy.
- Collaboration: Working closely with staff to align with the school's vision and goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing behavioral or academic issues.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on raising student attainment and maintaining high academic standards.
