A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an SAP Security Specialist at MKS, you will play a key role in safeguarding our SAP landscape. Your day will involve managing SAP security roles, GRC configuration, and user access management, while ensuring SOX compliance and ITGC controls are strictly followed. You will be responsible for troubleshooting authorization issues, supporting day-to-day business operations, and enabling smooth execution of IT and business projects. Collaboration is central to this role?you will work closely with Business teams, and auditors to address risks, participate in audit reviews, and ensure compliance standards are consistently met. In addition, you will support SAP upgrade activities, role design for ECC/S4HANA, and GRC process improvements that strengthen our security posture. This position demands not only technical expertise but also strong communication, self-starting and problem-solving skills to balance operational needs with compliance requirements. This position is on-site and must be within drivable distance to our location in Gurgaon or Bangalore, India. Under the leadership of the Director SAP ERP Applications, we are looking for an exceptional SAP security analyst BSA who can: Implement/Support SAP security Roles for various SAP Products/Projects. Administration of SAP GRC configuration (Access Control module), rule sets, workflows and approvers for user provisioning, emergency access and access recertification. Maintain SAP GRC master data, running risk analysis, audit and compliance support activities. Support SAP GRC Upgrade activities. Perform user access reviews by configuring necessary workflows and parameters. Setup and support Sync jobs. Troubleshoot day to day authorization related issues. Work with internal and external auditors, SOD analysis and SOX compliance. Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve the SOD/SOX issues. Exposure and Knowledge on Risk Management to handle IT and Business risks. Knowledge on IT General controls and has experience in execution of controls to ensure effectiveness. Work closely with PDO teams and support all security work. SAP Security on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7 / know how on S4HANA highly desired. Support SAP Upgrade Activities, Knowledge of RBAC. Nice to have: security and Identity on SAP Cloud platforms (Ariba, C4C, IBP) What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity: Minimum 5-8 years of total experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Excellent working proficiency with SAP business application software & integrated solutions, environments and on ERP GRC solutions, Proficient with SAP security/GRC design, build, deployment, and audits for standard role-based Security, Proven experience with various role design models, Experience in Security role setup, Experience with troubleshooting workflow issues, Capacity to communicate efficiently with a broad team, Strong time management and project management skills, Excellent English (written and spoken).
