Role Overview: Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist Job Title: Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist Location: Mumbai / Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives and optimize the use of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Cloud Administration & Implementation: Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, etc.). Develop and execute personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns. Create, test, and deploy customer journeys aligned with business objectives. Salesforce CRM Management: Manage and administer Salesforce CRM instance; perform setup, deployment, and maintenance. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM for seamless data flow and automation. Maintain data integrity and quality within Salesforce. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud features. Segment audiences and personalize communications based on customer data. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPI metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results. Technical & Functional Expertise: Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to monitor marketing and sales activities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure platform efficiency. Stay updated with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends. ** Troubleshooting & Support:** Provide ongoing technical support for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce. Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, integrations, and platform configurations. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder). Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred. Knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus. Experience with data integration tools and APIs. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
