About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our technology team and play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering mindset, deep knowledge of Salesforce?s modern development ecosystem, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni Studio, SOQL/SOSL, Asynchronous processing, and Platform Events. - Build high performance, user-friendly interfaces with LWC, custom UI components, and modern JavaScript frameworks aligned to Salesforce best practices. - Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, Streaming APIs, and Pub/Sub API. - Implement Named Credentials, External Services and Event-Driven Integrations. - Design scalable data models using Custom Objects and Salesforce Data Cloud integrations. - Follow CI/CD best practices using Salesforce Git, GitHub and Automated Deployment Pipelines. - Develop robust test coverage for Apex and LWC, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, and follow Salesforce Secure Coding Guidelines. - Implement AI-driven automation and leverage platform AI capabilities to enhance efficiency. - Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years? full-time experience developing on Salesforce Platform. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) . - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, integration patterns, and DevOps workflows. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and multi-org architecture. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. - Certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Integration Architect - Experience with Data Cloud, Omni Studio, Financial Services Cloud, and AI technologies. Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in agile environments. - Ownership mindset and commitment to quality.
