Job Description

The purpose of this role is to develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company. Job Description: Key responsibilities: Works independently with a broader overview on the project Participates in communications with partners and clients, when needed Understands and follows the release processes in the company Participates in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation Writes quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations Troubleshoots and debugs (with some guidance from senior team members if needed) Provides mentoring to junior Software Engineers Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing Achieves better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggests improvements Skills & Qualifications Required Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder (migration to Flow), and advanced declarative automation. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integrations with external systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Opportunities, Forecasting, Revenue, Billing, etc.) and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets). Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and handling large data volumes (LDV). Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment & release management (Change Sets, SFDX, Git-based deployments). Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, bulkification, error handling, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Salesforce managed/unmanaged packages, AppExchange solutions, and platform events. Experience in unit testing (>= 75% coverage) and writing maintainable, reusable code. Architecture & Design Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience designing modular, reusable components in LWC. Good knowledge of integration patterns (Platform Events, External Services, Named Credentials, Middleware tools like Mulesoft). Exposure to Salesforce Shield, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Net Zero Cloud (nice to have). Tools & DevOps Experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with scratch orgs, sandboxes, and environment strategy. Experience with monitoring/debugging tools (Debug logs, Event Monitoring, Health Check). Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Proven experience in mentoring junior developers and reviewing code. Strong commitment to quality, documentation, and best practices.
