Senior Salesforce Developer (8+ Years Experience) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Remote) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract ? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and business-driven Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged as a true enabler of growth and efficiency. ? Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Architect, design, and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality. Ensure clean, reusable, and optimized code through peer reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. DevOps & Deployment Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins. Drive automation and efficiency in deployment processes. Governance & Security Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governance standards. Proactively identify risks and recommend scalable solutions. ? Required Skills & Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi). Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory). Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications (preferred). ? Preferred Experience Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience with AppExchange solutions (Conga, DocuSign, CPQ). Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations.
