Senior Salesforce Consultant - Technical (5–8 Years Experience)

About the Role  

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills and the ability to think at an architectural level. With AI and Agentforce becoming central to modern Salesforce solutions, architecture understanding, scalable design, and multi-cloud capability are more important than ever.  

This role involves developing high-quality components, leading design discussions, and contributing to enterprise-level implementations.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWCs) aligned with business requirements.  
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows.  
• Customize Salesforce using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and modern web standards.  
• Build custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce.  
• Lead and implement API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events).  
• Contribute to Agentforce (AI Agent) flows, data retrieval, guardrails, prompt design, and fallback logic.  
• Work on Data Cloud: ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation.  
• Participate in architecture discussions around scalability, performance, and data modeling.  
• Support event-driven architecture using CDC, Platform Events.  
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members.  
• Work with SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments.  
• Ensure best practices for security, governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage.  

Skillsets (Must-Have)  

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.  
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing, and security.  
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and integration error handling.  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.  
• Strong understanding of Governor Limits, async patterns, and transaction design.  
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.  
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce actions, data flows, and knowledge article access.  
• Good exposure to Data Cloud ingestion and activation flows.  

Architectural & AI-Era Expectations

• Ability to design guardrails, fallback flows, and efficient data mapping for AI agents.
