Job Description

3+ yrs experienced Salesforce & Mulesoft tester responsible for validating end-to-end functionality, integrations, and data flows across Salesforce platforms and MuleSoft APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft-based integrations.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Validate API integrations and middleware flows developed on MuleSoft.
Develop and execute API test cases using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.
Ensure proper validation of data transformations, mappings, and system interactions between Salesforce and external systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage.
Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA and support defect triage activities.
Support automation initiatives and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

Qualifications

BE/MCA background
3-5 years of experience in software testing with exposure to Salesforce and API testing.

Essential Skills

Strong communication skill, would be directly working with end customer
3-5 years of experience in software testing with exposure to Salesforce and API testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform testing including standard objects, custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components.
Experience in MuleSoft integration testing
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
