Role Description<

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Representative will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing, for plastics auxiliary and automation solutions.


Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and providing product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, participating in trade fairs and industry events, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs and competitive activity. The Senior Sales Representative will also support after-sales follow-up, ensure high customer satisfaction, and contribute to strategic sales planning for domestic and international markets.


Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales, preferably in plastics processing, machinery, or automation solutions.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capability to understand technical specifications and translate customer requirements into suitable product and solution offerings.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with CRM or sales management tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel to customer locations and branch offices as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in international sales or exposure to global markets, especially SAARC or other export regions, is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service, ethics, and long-term relationship building.
