Role Description

As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving channel sales efforts. Daily tasks include overseeing client interactions, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and streamline sales processes
- Experience in Channel Sales to develop and manage distribution strategies and partners
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in sales with relevant industry experience is highly desirable
- Ability to balance working on-site in Meerut and remote tasks effectively
