Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer, based in Indore. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing channel sales, identifying and generating leads, and building positive relationships with customers. The role involves creating sales strategies, meeting sales objectives, and delivering excellent customer service.

- Expertise in Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients into long-term customers
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to manage processes, meet targets, and collaborate with distribution partners
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the agro-products or food production industry
- Ability to operate independently and work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies
