Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore for the role of Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and align with business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Account Development, and Territory Expansion
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Business Development
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends, set Sales Goals, and formulate Strategic Plans
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Team Leadership, Motivation, and Performance Management
  • Familiarity with hardware and industrial fittings or experience in a similar industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
