Designation : Senior Sales Manager HL -ABHFL Background From HL sector, Mortgages, LAP segment Target Monthly 2.5Cr to 3 Cr with 7 Sales Officers . Age 34+ (max) and if age is more than 34+ years then candidate must have consistent stream of incentives. Reports to Regional Sales Manager and has team of Sales Officers. From retail HL sales background and handling Mortgage, LAP cases. Mainly handling Retail, Affordable and Prime cases. (Ticket size min 10L to 2-3Cr and Yield in the ballpark of 10.5% Proper knowledge of Kolkata Market along with the two 24 Parganas. Strong market connect with builders, connectors, realtors, corporate DSAs. Open market role with maximum emphasis on sourcing from external sources. NP 30 to 60 days preferably. Profiles from NBFCs and Lending organisations which work on an Open Market model . Major experience in Branch banking to be avoided .
