Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting technical products and solutions, preparing proposals, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. The Senior Sales Executive will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing top-tier service.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, client prospecting, and lead generation
  • Understanding of technical products, particularly in LED displays, road safety equipment, and highway electronics
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive research
  • Problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Experience in highway automation or relevant industries is advantageous
