Business Development Manager – Lab-Grown Diamonds (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the diamond or jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling natural or lab-grown diamonds, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire clients in the diamond and jewellery industry.
• Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, jewellery brands, and corporate buyers.
• Conduct virtual sales meetings and present our lab-grown diamond products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in the diamond or jewellery industry (mandatory).
• Experience in selling natural or lab-grown diamonds is highly preferred.
• Strong network within the diamond/jewellery market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently from home.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
