About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, understanding medical requirements, and driving conversions through a consultative and patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective patients and convert inquiries into bookings
• Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their journey
• Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatments/services
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
• Explain procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain regular communication before and after the service

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales-focused role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Experience handling customer queries and converting leads
• Comfortable working under pressure with performance-based incentives
