Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Executive position based in Mumbai. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and offering tailored solutions. Your main responsibilities include managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work on-site, collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of Power Transmission Equipment, Motors, and Gearbox Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in providing technical solutions
- Proficiency in market research and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the manufacturing or power transmission industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
