About My Language Guru:
We’re on a mission to make language learning accessible, engaging, and results-driven for learners across India. As we scale, our sales team sits at the heart of that growth — connecting learners to life-changing language skills every single day.
*Role: B2C Sales Executive
*Location:* 100% Work From Home — anywhere in India
*Employment Type:* Full-Time
*Work Schedule:* 6 days a week | 8 hours per day | Flexible approach — we understand sales cycles don’t always fit in a 9-to-5 box. When you’re close to sealing a deal, we expect you to own it. When things are quiet, you manage your time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the complete B2C sales cycle — from first contact and product pitching to objection handling, negotiation, and final closure
2. Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified and cold leads with confidence and clarity
3. Understand customer pain points and position My Language Guru courses as the right solution
4. Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly revenue and enrollment targets
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in our CRM
6. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to share on-ground feedback
*What You Bring to the Table:*
- *2+ years of hands-on B2C sales experience*, preferably in edtech, telecom, insurance, or other high-ticket consultative sales
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- A proven track record of meeting targets — you have numbers to back it up
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely without daily supervision
- Resilience — you don’t take “no” personally and know how to bounce back from rejections
- Must have your own laptop, smartphone, and a stable internet connection
