Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and closing sales for kavachX’s security, automation, and smart infrastructure solutions. Day-to-day activities include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and negotiations, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions that meet client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The Senior Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting. This role involves regular field visits, participation in industry events, and consistent reporting on performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales, account management, and business development skills, ideally within technology, security, or automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting using CRM tools and data-driven methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in client meetings and solution demos.
  • Ability to understand technical products, translate them into customer value, and collaborate effectively with pre-sales and implementation teams.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset focused on long-term partnerships and retention.
  • High level of ownership, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills, with readiness to work on-site and conduct regular field visits in and around Ludhiana.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in security, automation, SaaS, or smart infrastructure is an advantage.
