Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated sales executive to drive sales growth for
our premium Gir Cow Ghee, healthy sweets, and customised corporate gifting solutions. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining
customer relationships, generating corporate sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, retail, and institutional segments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and premium customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, and other marketing
- channels.
- Convert leads into sales and ensure timely order closures.
- Corporate Gifting Sales
- Generate seasonal and occasion-based gifting orders for festivals, corporate events, employee gifting and client appreciation programmes.
- Design customised gifting proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Reporting & Market Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, dairy products, the gifting industry, or e-commerce sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Corporate sales and business development skills.
- Lead generation and follow-up expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 per month, along with attractive performance-based incentives.
