Senior Sales Executive

Key deliverables of the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales executives to join our dynamic sales team. You will cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost market penetration and revenue in the SPT & SAMT segment.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and monitor competitor activity.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our value proposition.
• Conduct in-store promotions and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and promotions.
• Provide valuable insights on customer needs and market trends to management.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in sales, preferably within Pet Care / FMCG industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
