Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement Sales
    • Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery.
    • Explain product features, purity, making charges, and offers clearly.
    • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Product Promotion Upselling
    • Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special schemes.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase average bill value.
    • Educate customers about Bhima Jewellerys quality standards and trust.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.
    • Collect customer details (database) and follow up for special occasions.
    • Handle customer complaints or queries politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Showroom Operations
    • Ensure counters and displays are well-arranged and clean.
    • Handle stock, tagging, and daily inventory as per company policy.
    • Coordinate with billing and back-office staff for smooth sales flow.
