Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Jamshedpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting solutions tailored to customer needs, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market analysis, reporting sales performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify and convert leads into clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on market trends and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management software.
- Knowledge of financial services, payment solutions, and the digital payments landscape in India.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in sales roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
