Senior Sales Executive

Job description: 1. Sales Development & Achievement ? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. ? Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare institutions). ? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. ? Execute product demonstrations and presentations to doctors, administrators, and purchase heads. 2. Territory Management ? Plan and execute effective field visits across the assigned districts ? Malda, North & South Dinajpur, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, and Darjeeling. ? Maintain a proper journey plan for regular coverage of the territory. ? Conduct market mapping to identify key customers, competitors, and upcoming healthcare projects in the region. 3. Marketing & Promotion ? Implement promotional strategies and digital marketing campaigns as directed by the company?s marketing team. ? Organize and support promotional events, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and product demos at hospitals and clinics. ? Collect and share market intelligence, including competitor activities, new product launches, and pricing trends. 4. Reporting & Coordination ? Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Regional Manager or Head Office. ? Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation. ? Update customer databases, enquiry lists, and follow-up records regularly. 5. Customer Relationship & Support ? Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments. ? Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns in coordination with the support team. ? Maintain a professional and ethical approach while representing the company in the market. 6. Product Knowledge & Training ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, features, and specifications. ? Participate in regular product training and refresher sessions conducted by Elite Pulse Health Care Pvt. Ltd.
