Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad but a PAN India Position. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed company goals. The specialist will manage client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, train and coach team members, and oversee sales operations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure their satisfaction
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets
- Expertise in Training and coaching team members to enhance their skill sets and performance
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Leadership and team management abilities to drive results and foster a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in SnM of Water Treatment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Understanding of the local market in Ahmedabad is preferred.
