Role As a Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our core products and services. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities Lead the development of new features for our Ruby on Rails and React applications, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with product managers and designers to ideate and execute innovative features. Uphold high standards of code quality and participate in code reviews. Address performance issues and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and familiar libraries such as RSpec and Resque. Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with React for front-end development. Experience with RESTful APIs, continuous integration, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Bonus Skills (Nice To Have) Knowledge of payment platforms like Stripe.
