We are looking for a Senior RPG Developer with 8+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story. As a senior developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and shape an emerging team of developers, building and supporting multiple products that are part of EG Wholesale. You will play an important role in building a strong development team in India. Role and responsibilities: Thorough understanding of IBMi (AS400), RPGILE, RPG IV, RPG Free-format and CLLE. Expertise in DB2 and SQLRPGLE is a must. Should be adept at Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience in using change management tool, IBM RDi, JIRA, and Confluence is necessary. Should have strong experience in creating web services (Restful / API integration. Experience working with ERP products and Retail & Wholesale domain is an added advantage. Knowledge about Git. Our teams function using the agile development methodology, specifically scrum. You will join one of our development teams, composed of developers and a product owner.
