Position: Sr. RPA Developer- IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Work Mode:Remote / Hybrid | 5+ Years Experience | US-Based Client Experience: 5+ years in RPA, strong hands-on with UiPath Studio & Orchestrator Required Skills  Tech Skills: UiPath, REFramework, Queue Management, Exception Handling, VB.NET/Python  Nice to Have: UiPath Certification, API Integration, Document Understanding, OCR About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with in-depth expertise in UiPath to join our expanding team. You will be working with a US-based client, supporting the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure UiPath RPA solutions. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders. Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and workflows. Ensure documentation and version control for all automation processes. Monitor production bots and troubleshoot issues to ensure business continuity. Adhere to best practices for RPA development and governance. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath. Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components. Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, queue management, and exception handling. Experience with REFramework and modular bot architecture. Ability to write and debug VB.NET, C#, or Python code as needed for custom activities. Familiarity with OCR, AI Center, Document Understanding, or UiPath Apps is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification. Exposure to API integration, SQL, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Previous experience working with US clients is highly desirable.
