Job Description

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions. Basic knowledge of Agentic AI in RPA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere A360
Understand business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
Create reusable components, frameworks, and best-practice-based bot designs.
Work on integrations with applications, databases, APIs, Excel, email, PDFs, and web systems.
Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and bot monitoring.
Support production bots and troubleshoot issues.
Prepare technical documentation such as SDD, deployment guide, and support handover documents.
Review code and guide junior developers when required.
Explore AI / Agentic AI use cases to enhance automation workflows.

Requirements

Strong experience in Automation Anywhere A360
Good understanding of Control Room, Bot Runner, Credential Vault, queues, schedules, and deployments.
Experience in web, Excel, email, PDF, database, and API-based automation.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python and VBScript.
Strong understanding of exception handling and production support.
Basic understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI concepts, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop automation.

Experience Required

3+ years of overall IT / RPA experience.
3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere experience.
Experience in end-to-end RPA project delivery is preferred.

Good To Have

Automation Anywhere certification.
Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation / OCR tools.
Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or similar platforms.
Experience in mentoring junior developers.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
