Senior RPA BluePrism Engineer

Project description The Blue Prism platform enables business operations and IT teams to deliver self-service process automations on a secure, resilient, and IT-supported infrastructure. As a Senior RPA Engineer, you will work closely with Technical Architects and developers to ensure Blue Prism solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing IT architectures, including networks, virtual environments, and security frameworks. You will also leverage Blue Prism HUB, API, AI features, Intelligent Automation, and GenAI automation to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention. Responsibilities -Design Blue Prism architecture solutions aligned with standard principles and best practices. -Configure and maintain Blue Prism environments, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. -Assist ROM Architects, Heads of RPA, and developers in understanding infrastructure implications and guide informed decisions. -Work with stakeholders to define access controls, security profiles, and compliance with IT policies. -Identify new technical integration solutions, analyze feasibility, and estimate architectural impacts. -Document architecture, processes, and integration solutions accurately. -Support and maintain existing Blue Prism environments, implementing changes through structured change management. -Resolve infrastructure and automation issues impacting the Blue Prism platform. -Engage with Blue Prism community on HUB, API, AI, and Intelligent Automation features, suggesting improvements. -Collaborate within project planning constraints, communicate risks, and provide inputs to change management processes. -Implement GenAI-driven automation where applicable to enhance process intelligence and efficiency. Skills Must have Pre-requisites: -Strong understanding of Blue Prism platform, workflow principles, and best practices. -Proficiency in designing reusable objects, metadata-driven processes, and maintainable automation solutions. -Experience with headless software / Login Agent and production deployments. -Strong focus on reducing maintenance costs and improving code configurability. Technical Skills: -Advanced SQL (joins, variables, stored procedures, dynamic sub-tables, DBA analysis). -Advanced XML knowledge and experience with process metadata. -Understanding of compilers, code generators, and source code storage. -User interface design and business intelligence report generation. -Experience with Blue Prism HUB, APIs, AI features, Intelligent Automation, and GenAI integration. -Passion for high-quality, scalable automation that minimizes repetitive research and trial-and-error.
