Senior Risk Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with an option for some remote work, for a Senior Risk Analyst. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks to strengthen the organization's payment operations and protect against fraudulence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing risk management strategies, analyzing transaction data for potential fraud patterns, and reviewing new merchant applications for risk exposure. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective fraud prevention measures and provide actionable insights to enhance risk detection and assessment systems.

• Expertise in Risk Management, Fraud Detection, and Data Analysis
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or related software for robust data analysis
• Experience working with payment gateways, digital payment technologies, or financial transaction systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work arrangement
• Prior experience in a fintech or payments-related role is a strong asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
