Senior Resource Manager

The Senior Resource Specialist plays a key role in enabling effective capacity planning, resource fulfilment, and bench management across assigned Business Units / Practices (BUs / Practices). The role supports alignment between business demand and available talent, ensuring delivery teams are staffed with the right skills at the right time.

Working closely with leadership, project managers, and delivery teams, the Senior Resource Specialist maintains visibility into pipeline demand, resource capacity, and upcoming staffing needs. The role contributes to proactive workforce planning while supporting efficient utilization, balanced bench management, and continuous operational effectiveness within the Resource Management function.
