About the Role

As a Senior Researcher in the Digital Platforms team, you will lead and manage user research projects that provide strategic insights to improve product experiences. You will design and implement research strategies, guide junior researchers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of product development. Your work will directly influence design decisions and contribute to the organization’s research excellence

Primary Responsibilities**

Design and implement comprehensive research strategies aligned with business and product goals.

Lead the execution of multiple research projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Synthesize and communicate complex research findings to inform product and design decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development.

Mentor junior researchers and support their skill development.

Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and field studies.

Translate research findings into actionable insights for design and product teams.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in research processes.

Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Lead the development of research protocols and methodologies.
• Participate in user testing and research activities.
• Represent the research team in cross-functional meetings.
• Contribute to the creation of user journey maps and service blueprints.
  
  

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

• Present research findings to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the research team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the overall research strategy.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduation: B.Des, B.Arch, B.Sc, B.Tech
• Post-graduation: M.Des, M.Arch, M.Sc, M.Tech, MBA
  
  

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in UX research, product strategy, or related domains.
