Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech, MTech, BE, MCA). - 5+ years of experience in React Native and React JS development. - Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex mobile and web applications using React Native and React JS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize user interfaces. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Implement agile methodologies to improve development processes.
- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile tools. - Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
