Job Description Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain complex, scalable, and reusable React.js components. Implement state management using Redux. Optimize applications for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers. Participate in front-end architecture discussions and propose scalable solutions. Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into interactive applications. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs. Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance. Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance. Qualifications Required Skills: Experience - 6-12 years Strong proficiency in React.js Experience with state management libraries like Redux. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience in code splitting, lazy loading, memorization, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Understands modern web standards and modular patterns. Experience developing component-driven UIs. Strong experience with unit testing (like Jest) and end-to-end testing Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms. Familiarity with app performance monitoring like New Relic. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Healthcare/PBM industry experience preferred.
