Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking an accomplished Senior React Developer with 5?9 years of hands-on experience to join Data Economy and play a pivotal role in building our next-generation web applications. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will drive architectural decisions, mentor developers, and deliver high-performance, user-centric interfaces that meet the evolving demands of the modern data economy. Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable React architectures . Make informed decisions on state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand) , component patterns, and code organization. Implement performance optimizations such as lazy loading, code splitting, memoization , and efficient rendering practices. Define and enforce coding standards, code quality checks, and testing best practices. Evaluate emerging tools, libraries, and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality. 2. Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior and mid-level React developers by sharing best practices and offering continuous guidance. Lead thorough and constructive code reviews . Delegate tasks appropriately and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team culture. 3. Development & Implementation Build clean, efficient, and reusable React components using JavaScript/TypeScript. Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL backends. Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Develop intuitive data visualization components using relevant libraries. Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and improve overall application reliability. 4. Communication & Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to translate ideas into functional UI. Participate in design discussions and provide strong technical input. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Must-Have 5?9 years of professional experience in React.js development. Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 . Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand . Strong knowledge of React Router or similar routing libraries. Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL . Proficiency with testing frameworks/tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress . Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Good understanding of version control practices using Git . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
