Job Title: Senior React Developer / Front-End Technical Lead Experience: 20+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer / Front-End Technical Lead with 20 years of software development experience to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned front-end professional who is passionate about modern JavaScript frameworks, user interface excellence, and technical leadership. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading technical interviews, mentoring mid-level developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable front-end solutions using React.js. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern, scalable, and responsive React-based web applications. Define and enforce front-end architecture standards, code quality, and development best practices across teams. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-level and junior React developers, ensuring alignment with organizational skill standards. Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on training. Oversee performance optimization, security, and maintainability of front-end applications. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes to ensure timely project delivery. Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 15?20 years of total software development experience, with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in React.js. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Strong expertise in React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component-based architecture. Experience working with Next.js, Webpack, Vite, or similar front-end build tools. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling. Hands-on experience with unit testing and automation using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. Proven track record in leading front-end teams, conducting technical interviews, and mentoring developers. Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Exposure to front-end architecture design, performance tuning, and security optimization. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams
