Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, accurate quantity take-offs, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Manage project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Evaluate and certify contractor bills and vendor payments
• Handle tendering, bidding, and contract administration
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts settlement

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in quantity surveying (civil projects)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost control
• Experience in contracts and tendering processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS/estimation software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in large-scale residential/commercial/infrastructure projects
• Strong attention to detail and cost management expertise
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
