Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine accurate cost estimates.
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project scope and drawings.
Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs and ensure expenses stay within the approved budget.
Track material consumption and site expenses regularly.
Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier bills for payment processing.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, and commercial reports.
Handle contract administration and variation orders.
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities.
Prepare monthly cost reports and project financial statements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors during project execution
