This person will work closely with product, business, engineers, marketing, and infrastructure team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Talent Solutions team. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his/her high Performance testing technique with timely actions. Roles and Responsibilities: ? Understand and convert the Internal and external client requirements to NFR documents. ? Performance document creation (Test Plan, Test Execution Report, Test Closure Report). ? Design and execute tests with desired workloads to find out the bottlenecks and to provide input to mitigate the risk. ? Competency to understand and manage the testing of end-to-end systems with multiple dependencies effectively. ? Ability to multi-task and prioritize the work as per the situation. ? Able to execute the script in a single system as well as distributed systems. Skills/Experience: ? 3-5 Years of experience in JMeter/ NeoLoad/Load runner ? Protocol: Web((HTTP/FTP/WebSocket), Ajax, Truecliet, Citrix,.net ? Programming Language: Java, Java Script, Python ? Working Experience in CI/CD for performance testing ? Knowledge of monitoring, Profiling, and tuning. ? Tools: SQL Profiler, Postman, fiddler. ? Must be well versed with cloud-based application performance testing. ? Hands-on experience in the Performance test of the mobile application. Soft Skill: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to analyze problems and prioritize multiple tasks.
