Job Description:

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer with strong ATF expertise and background in banking/financial testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow modules in a banking environment.
• Design and implement automation using ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, etc.
• Perform functional, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
• Manage defects and coordinate with developers & BAs for resolution.
• Validate compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and bank security standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Recommend improvements and contribute to process enhancement.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA/testing.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HR modules.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ATF (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of banking workflows and compliance areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with banking/enterprise systems.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
• ServiceNow Admin/Developer or ISTQB certification.
