Job Description:

• You will be implementing the testing roadmap for product squads according to test strategy of the area.
• You liaise with the Test Centre of Excellence and client Global Testing Guidelines to understand and deliver input for standardization, processes and tools and make sure that the standards and policies are well interpreted and delivered. You take this message to the squads and align and identify the areas of improvement.
• You master a set of great communication skills to address and explain complex problems in simple terms, and you have excellent skills in working together with a diverse set of colleagues.
• Your proactively provide and implement innovative ideas when the opportunity arises.
• You are always passionate by how infrastructure and banking standards may influence the design of business applications.
• You are expected to set up, expand, and scale test automation solutions using frameworks Playwright, Selenium & Cucumber and INGenious (is a plus).
• You are expected to write test scripts or enhance the test automation framework using Java, or JavaScript (when needed).
• You are expected to integrate test automation framework into pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• You have worked on testing with multiple types of applications – Database, Mobile, Kafka, Browser, and API for automated testing.
• You have extensive proven track record on test automation tools and practices.

You have at least 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in test management, test automation, test data management, and experience with finding the best-fit tools for the given challenges
